- "Partner Attorneys" refers to licensed attorneys or law firms with whom the Company has referral or lead purchase agreements.

2. No Legal Advice

Mickey Lee Injury Consultants is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Any legal services are performed solely by independently contracted, licensed attorneys. Submitting your information does not create an attorney-client relationship with us.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through our website or engage with us.

4. Scope of Services

4.1 What We Do

Mickey Lee Injury Consultants:

- Creates and distributes advertising to generate interest in personal injury legal services

- Collects information from interested parties (Leads)

- Connects those Leads with licensed personal injury attorneys (Partner Attorneys)

4.2 Partner Attorneys

We refer Leads only to licensed attorneys who have agreed to comply with applicable advertising and ethics rules. We do not evaluate the legal skills, outcomes, or client satisfaction of Partner Attorneys.

5. User Responsibilities

If you submit your information to us:

- You confirm that the information is truthful and accurate

- You agree to be contacted by us or Partner Attorneys about your inquiry

- You understand that submitting your information does not guarantee legal representation

If you are a Partner Attorney:

- You agree to use any Leads in compliance with all advertising laws, bar association rules, and privacy regulations

- You are solely responsible for any legal advice or services you provide to Leads

6. Lead Ownership & Usage

- All data collected from Lead submissions remains the property of the Company until formally transferred or licensed to Partner Attorneys

- Partner Attorneys may only use Lead information for purposes of legal services and may not resell or repurpose the data without consent

7. Payment & Fees (for Partner Attorneys)

7.1 Lead Purchase or Referral Fee

Partner Attorneys may pay a fee per Lead or referral as outlined in individual agreements. This fee is not a fee-splitting arrangement and is compliant with applicable laws.

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that any Lead will result in a retained client, case value, or legal outcome. All Leads are pre-qualified to the best of our ability but may require further vetting.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, advertising materials, landing pages, and brand assets used or created by the Company remain the property of Funky Frames, Inc. You may not reuse or reproduce them without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and process personal information as described in our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you agree to our use of your information for marketing and referral purposes. We do not sell data outside of legitimate legal referrals.

We comply with:

10. Limitations of Liability

- The quality or outcome of any legal services provided by Partner Attorneys

- Any advice, actions, or omissions by attorneys or their firms

- Delays or errors in lead delivery caused by technology or third-party platforms
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may not use our Leads or materials without permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles, California under JAMS rules.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in Los Angeles County.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
